Mr. Salah graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alexandria. He started his career by founding a construction company and an agricultural company for exports. He then established Rukan Preschool, and through Ethos International School, he continues to carry his personal vision of human development into all his projects, viewing the child as the raw material through which we can create change in our society today in order to serve our civil and humanitarian duties.

Mrs. Yousra graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alexandria and was managing Rukan Preschool & Nursery from 2010 till 2018. She has a bright and clear vision to serve children using up-to-date techniques, a safe and friendly environment, and a high-quality workforce. She adopts very high standards when it comes to education, parent-school communication, and teacher performance. Striving to offer the child a very high level of care and development has always been her biggest pursuit.

Originally from Canada, where she completed her studies, Sandra Dorbok holds a Master of Science in Education and brings over 21 years of experience in teaching and leadership across Canada and Egypt.
As Head Teacher of Northgate International School, she is proud to continue the legacy of the Ethos Educational Services community. She believes that education is not only about academic success but about shaping confident young people who can make a difference. Her leadership is centred on academic excellence, wellbeing, and creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
